Often where there is conflict or stress and people have become entrenched in their positions. As an impartial third party I am able to steer a path through highly charged situations.
Example
I helped shareholders break a deadlock in their negotiations and reach agreement on terms for the sale of their company – something which had seemed impossible to them, beforehand.

Problem Solving

Where traditional ways of doing things are not achieving the desired outcome and the organisation is open to exploring why that is.
Example
I helped a government agency solve a costly recruitment problem (too many applications, high turnover) by identifying the false promises unintentionally offered in their promotional material and redesigning their approach.
